In der App
- In der ClubForm-App anmelden.
- Einstellungen öffnen.
- Unten auf Konto löschen tippen.
- Das angezeigte Bestätigungswort eingeben und bestätigen.
Die Löschung wirkt sofort und kann nicht rückgängig gemacht werden.
Gelöscht werden: Ihre Anmeldung, Ihr Name, Ihre E-Mail-Adresse, Ihre Push-Token, Ihre persönlichen Einstellungen sowie – falls vorhanden – Ihr Profilfoto; in Ihrem Mitgliedsdatensatz wird Ihr Name durch einen Platzhalter ersetzt (Ihre frühere Rolle und das Erstellungsdatum bleiben zu Prüfzwecken erhalten). Bereits zugestellte Einträge Ihres App-Posteingangs werden nicht gesondert gelöscht; sie verfallen automatisch rund 30 Tage nach ihrer Erstellung. Inhalte, die Sie zu Ihrem Verein beigetragen haben, verbleiben beim Verein (Verantwortlicher im Sinne der DSGVO). Vereinsinhaber mit weiteren aktiven Mitgliedern müssen zuerst den Support kontaktieren, um die Inhaberschaft zu übertragen. Delete your account (English)
In the app
- Sign in to the ClubForm app.
- Open Settings.
- Tap Delete Account at the bottom.
- Type the confirmation word shown in the dialog and confirm.
Deletion takes effect immediately. It cannot be undone.
What is deleted
- Your sign-in (email and password) — you can no longer log in.
- Your display name and email address stored with your club membership.
- Your notification tokens and personal preferences (language, notification settings, team filters).
- Your profile photo, if you uploaded one.
- Your club membership record is anonymized: your name is replaced with a placeholder; your email address, notification tokens, language and notification preferences, team filters, player links and photo are cleared. Only your former role and the record's creation date remain, for auditing.
- If you are the last member of your club, the club itself is marked as deleted as well and removed under the retention rules of the privacy policy.
What is retained
- Content you contributed to your club (posts, match and training records, evaluations) remains with the club, which controls this data as the data controller.
- Anonymized membership records without any personal data may be retained for auditing.
- Entries already delivered to your in-app notification inbox are not deleted on request; they expire automatically about 30 days after they were created.
Club owners
If you are the owner of a club that still has other active members, you must contact support first to transfer ownership — the in-app deletion will ask you to do so.
