Delete your ClubForm account

Delete your account in the app
- Sign in to the ClubForm app.
- Open Settings.
- Tap Delete Account at the bottom.
- Type the confirmation word shown in the dialog and confirm.
Deletion takes effect immediately. It cannot be undone.
What is deleted
- Your sign-in (email and password) — you can no longer log in.
- Your display name and email address stored with your club membership.
- Your notification tokens and personal preferences (language, notification settings, team filters).
- Your club membership is anonymized: it no longer contains any personal data.
- If you are the last member of your club, the club itself is deleted as well.
What is retained
- Content you contributed to your club (posts, match and training records, evaluations) remains with the club, which controls this data as the data controller.
- Anonymized membership records without any personal data may be retained for auditing.
Club owners
If you are the owner of a club that still has other active members, you must contact support first to transfer ownership — the in-app deletion will ask you to do so.
Request deletion without the app
If you can no longer access the app, email us from the address your account uses and we will delete your account for you:

- In der ClubForm-App anmelden.
- Einstellungen öffnen.
- Unten auf Konto löschen tippen.
- Das angezeigte Bestätigungswort eingeben und bestätigen.
Gelöscht werden: Ihre Anmeldung, Ihr Name, Ihre E-Mail-Adresse und Ihre persönlichen Einstellungen. Inhalte, die Sie zu Ihrem Verein beigetragen haben, verbleiben beim Verein (Verantwortlicher im Sinne der DSGVO). Vereinsinhaber mit weiteren aktiven Mitgliedern müssen zuerst den Support kontaktieren, um die Inhaberschaft zu übertragen. Ohne Zugriff auf die App senden Sie uns eine E-Mail von der Adresse Ihres Kontos: support@clubform.app
